INGREDIENTS:
• 1 Cup Creamy Almond Butter
• 2 Medium Zucchini, Shredded (Unpeeled)
• 1/3 Cup Honey • 1 Large Egg
• 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
• 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
• ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
• 1 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips, Melted
DIRECTIONS:
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Set aside a 9×9-inch baking pan that has been greased.
• In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and thoroughly incorporate until smooth. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
• Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
• Remove from the oven and cool fully before cutting into squares.
